This selection of drawings is from “All the Things I Know,” a satirical visual narrative combining popular imagery with autobiographical, psychological, and mythological themes. Chronicling the adventures of Hamburger Vampire, Pittsburg Cat, and Detective Lovebeard, the series portrays appropriated religious figures—including the Judeo-Christian God, the Roman deities Jupiter, Neptune, and Juno, and the Greek goddess Persephone—alongside personal archetypes. Through the act of illustrating the trials and tribulations of this cast of characters, I am attempting to strike a balance between the internal forces of femininity and masculinity, thereby achieving a new psychic unity. – Zebadiah Keneally
